1. Who provides Ragafied

Ragafied is provided by LifeSage LLC, located in 600 1st Ave Ste 102, PMB 2132, Seattle WA 98104, United States. Contact us at support@ragafied.com.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed it.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract to create an account.

3. Media you add and processed results

You retain the rights you hold in material you add. You must own the necessary rights, have permission, or have another lawful basis covering the retrieval, upload, processing, playback, and sharing you request. A sound recording and its underlying composition can have different owners. Recording your own performance does not by itself establish rights in the song. You are responsible for any licenses, permissions, and payments your use requires.

You grant Ragafied a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to retrieve, store, copy, convert, separate, modify, transmit, and play your material solely to provide the service at your direction, including sharing you enable. We may use service providers for these purposes. We do not acquire ownership of your material. We do not sell your audio, use it in advertising, or train AI models on your material or processed results without your separate express permission.

Vocal removal, transposition, and other processing do not clear copyright or give you rights in someone else's music. Any rights you hold in the results remain subject to rights in the source material. You are responsible for the rights needed for each intended use of the results.

To avoid processing identical audio again, the service may reuse source files and processed results when another member independently submits the same file or source. This does not expose your account, private edits, or lessons. Deletion removes your Library entry and its access links; shared storage can remain while independently imported entries use it. We may retain limited material as necessary to comply with law, handle disputes, and enforce these terms.

Confirming that you have the necessary rights does not grant rights or establish that a copyright exception applies. See the Copyright Policy for guidance on permitted use. You must also follow the terms of any service the material came from.

4. Private songs and sharing

Songs are private by default. When you choose Share, Ragafied creates a reusable link that you can copy and send. Anyone with the link can view the song page and can play the song after signing in with an active trial or membership.

Invitations addressed to a specific email are restricted to the owner and that recipient account.

Recording links have different access rules, set out in section 4a below.

A member who receives a shared song may copy it into their own Library, and the same rights obligations that apply to media you add apply to that copy.

You can stop sharing from the song page to revoke a share link. Previously issued media links may remain usable until they expire. Audio already delivered or copied cannot be recalled, and no technical measure can prevent every form of copying or recording.

Where offline playback is available, you can save your own songs on your device for the access period shown in the app. A disconnected device may retain access to saved songs until that period expires, even if online access has been restricted. Offline copies remain subject to these terms. Membership, sharing, and offline playback do not grant additional rights to the music.

4a. Recordings and feedback

Where recording and feedback features are available, recording is optional and separate from browser-only pitch comparison. A recording starts as a device draft. Choosing Save recording uploads your voice and a replay log. Browser storage can be cleared or evicted before you save, so an unsaved draft is not guaranteed to survive.

Saved recordings are private until you share them. Access can be limited to invited accounts or allowed to anyone signed in with the link. Recording listeners must sign in, but do not need a paid membership to hear an authorized recording. Recordings play inside Ragafied and are not offered as downloadable files. Sharing a recording does not grant rights in the source song.

Where Open this song in the Ragafied player is offered from a recording, using it requires an active trial or membership and grants playback-only access to the source song. It does not create an owned copy or permit editing, sharing, or copying the song. Once granted, that access survives the singer stopping the recording share, subject to content restrictions.

A message is private to its sender and its recipient. Operators can view recordings and messages while impersonating a member for support. Trimming or dropping attempts skips playback without deleting the original voice audio; authorized listeners may receive original audio chunks, including excluded parts. Recordings are not used to train AI models.

Delete asks for confirmation and moves a saved recording to Recently deleted for 30 days. Permanent deletion of its voice, replay log, and sharing details is scheduled after 30 days; messages that carried it remain without it. Deleting your account removes your recordings, your conversations and their messages, and unsaved recording data held by Ragafied. Applicable policy action can also remove or restrict access.

5. Acceptable use

Ragafied supports listening, singing, study, and permitted collaboration. Do not use it for unauthorized redistribution, public music-library operation, infringement, access-control evasion, impersonation, harassment, malware, service disruption, or unauthorized access. Do not publish share links as a way to distribute audio to an unrestricted audience. Recording links remain subject to the selected audience, sign-in requirements, and your rights to share the material.

Permission to practice with material may not cover sharing, public performance, sale, or commercial release. Obtain the rights needed for any additional use. Personal, educational, or noncommercial use is not an automatic exception in every country.

6. Memberships and payments

Paid memberships, trials, renewals, cancellation, and refunds are described in the Billing terms. Prices and material payment terms appear before you confirm a purchase.

7. Copyright reports

We respond to valid copyright reports and may remove or restrict access to disputed material. See the Copyright policy for the information a report must include.

8. Private beta lessons

Lesson creation and teacher tools are available only to invited accounts. Access and features may change during the beta. Public membership does not include these tools. Paid lesson sales and creator payouts are not available. Contact support@ragafied.com about beta access.

Before recording or submitting a teaching session, obtain the necessary permissions from everyone recorded. Teachers are responsible for reviewing instructions and automated feedback and for following applicable student privacy and consent requirements.

9. Service changes and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We may restrict or close an account that violates these terms, creates risk, or must be restricted by law. You may stop using Ragafied and cancel your membership at any time.

10. Disclaimers and liability

Ragafied is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Audio processing, analysis, and automated feedback can produce errors. Review results by listening; do not treat a graph or score as a complete assessment of singing. Ragafied is a practice tool and does not replace a qualified music teacher.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the laws that apply to you.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide notice as required by law. The effective date at the top shows when the current terms take effect.
