Billing Terms

Trial

Eligible new members receive a 7-day trial after they verify their email address and finish account setup. No payment method is required. The trial ends without an automatic charge.

You can choose to subscribe during or after the trial. The checkout screen shows the membership price and billing interval before you confirm. Payment starts when you subscribe. Trial eligibility may be limited by account or person.

Recurring membership

Your membership renews automatically at the interval shown at checkout until you cancel. The launch price is US$5 per month, plus any applicable tax shown at checkout. Stripe Managed Payments acts as merchant of record for the payment and handles applicable transaction taxes. Your payment may appear under Link or Stripe as shown at checkout. If the price changes, we will give advance notice as required by law.

What membership covers

The public membership covers track preparation and playback, key and tempo controls, pitch comparison, and private track sharing. Trials include up to 3 new tracks; paid memberships include up to 20 new tracks per calendar month. Reusing a previously processed source still counts as adding a track. Your remaining allowance appears in Library when you add a track.

Guided lesson creation and teacher tools are in private beta, with access arranged separately. Paid lesson purchases and creator payouts are not available at launch. Membership does not buy rights to music you import or share.

Cancellation

You can cancel a paid membership through account billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. A free trial does not need to be cancelled because it ends without a charge.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we may retry the payment, ask you to update your payment method, or restrict paid features. Your account may retain data after access is restricted, subject to the Privacy Policy.

Refunds

You can request a refund within 7 days of a membership charge by contacting our billing address below. Include the email address used for your membership and the charge date. This policy does not limit any mandatory cancellation, cooling-off, or refund rights that apply to you. Cancelling future renewals and requesting a refund are separate actions.

Email reminders

We send a welcome email when your trial starts. If you have not subscribed, we may send trial emails after 1, 3, 5, and 7 days. Subscribers may receive a monthly account email. You can stop these emails with the unsubscribe link in any of them.

Stripe handles payment receipts and transaction support through Managed Payments and Link. You can manage your subscription from Ragafied account billing settings or through the options provided with your payment.
