Music you can use

Add material only when you own the necessary rights, have permission, or have another lawful basis for the retrieval, upload, processing, playback, and sharing you request. This applies to every audio or video upload, including a singing performance you save with the optional recording feature. A sound recording and its underlying composition can have different owners. Your own cover performance does not by itself clear the song rights.

A purchase, streaming subscription, personal-use intention, or a small audience does not automatically authorize these actions. Copyright exceptions depend on the circumstances and applicable law. Your confirmation records your statement; Ragafied does not determine that an exception applies.

Practice and limited sharing

Private listening and singing practice are supported. Share only when your rights cover the recipient's access. Song share links can be forwarded and allow playback by anyone with an eligible signed-in account. You can stop sharing from the song page. Email-specific invitations are restricted to their named recipient and the owner.

Where recording sharing is available, you can limit access to invited accounts or allow anyone signed in with the recording link to listen inside Ragafied. Make sure your rights cover sharing your performance and access to the source music. Trimming or dropping attempts retains the original voice audio, and authorized listeners may receive those original chunks. See the Terms of Service for recording access rules.

Processed audio retains any applicable rights in the source music. Processing and saving a song for offline playback do not grant additional rights or make a sound recording copyright-free. Do not use Ragafied for unauthorized redistribution or public music-library operation. See the Terms of Service for the service license and access rules.

Report infringement

Submit a copyright report or contact dmca@ragafied.com. Include:

• Your name, postal address, phone number, and email.
• The copyrighted work and the rights you own or represent.
• Ragafied URLs, song IDs, or enough information to locate the material. Include known source URLs to help identify related entries.
• A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you own or are authorized to act for the owner of an exclusive right allegedly infringed.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We review reports and may request missing information. We act expeditiously on valid notices as required by applicable law. Submission alone does not establish infringement or automatically remove content. We may send your report and contact details to the affected uploader when needed for the process.

Restricted content and review requests

Affected account holders can see restrictions and request review through Copyright reports in their account. A restriction may also apply to copies, processed versions, and lessons containing the same audio. We may retain material and case records while restricting access. Matching audio does not establish ownership.

We consider the evidence and applicable process before releasing a restriction. Other active restrictions may still apply. Revoking access cannot recall audio already delivered or copied. Previously issued media links may remain usable until they expire, and disconnected devices may retain offline access until the saved access period expires.

US DMCA counter-notices

If your material was removed under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, send a written counter-notice to our copyright contact with:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the removed material and its location before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief removal resulted from mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, and telephone number.
• Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address, or, if outside the United States, a judicial district where Ragafied's operator may be found, and your agreement to accept service of process from the claimant or its agent.

When the DMCA counter-notice procedure applies, we forward a valid counter-notice to the claimant and follow the applicable restoration process, generally 10 to 14 business days after receipt unless we receive notice of a qualifying court action. An ordinary account review request is not a formal counter-notice. Knowingly material false statements in notices or counter-notices can create legal liability. Other countries may require different procedures; include your location when contacting us.

Repeat infringement

We review repeated or serious infringement and may suspend content access or terminate accounts in appropriate circumstances. We consider the record, disputes, and reversals; a report alone is not an automatic infringement finding. During a content suspension, account, billing, and review-request access remain available. Suspension does not automatically cancel a subscription: use your billing settings or contact billing support to address future charges or refunds.
