Your responsibility

You must have the necessary rights or permission to retrieve, upload, process, and share music through Ragafied. This applies whether you paste a YouTube link or upload an audio file. Owning a file, CD, download, or streaming subscription, or being able to watch a YouTube video, does not necessarily include those rights. A song can involve separate rights in the sound recording and the underlying composition.

Your confirmation is an attestation about your rights. It does not grant permission, determine that an exception applies, or provide legal clearance.

Personal use and sharing

Calling a use personal or noncommercial does not automatically make it lawful. Sharing a track with a friend is still a transmission of the music. Use the sharing feature only when your permission covers that use.

Ragafied limits playback to eligible members and does not provide a track download control. These product choices do not replace permission from rightsholders and cannot prevent every form of copying.

Report infringement

Send copyright reports to dmca@ragafied.com. Include:

• Your name and contact information.
• A description of the copyrighted work.
• The exact Ragafied URL or enough detail to locate the material.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
• A statement that the report is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the rightsholder.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We may forward your report, including contact information, to the person who uploaded the material. We may remove or restrict material while reviewing a report.

Counter-notices and repeat infringement

If you believe material was removed in error, contact our copyright address with the affected Ragafied URL, your contact details, and an explanation of your rights to the material. We will review the dispute and explain any additional information needed. We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright.

Repeated sources

Ragafied can reuse processed audio when members independently add the same recording. Include the source URL and known Ragafied links in a copyright report so we can review related copies, not just one Library entry. A fingerprint match does not establish ownership or permission.
